As a member of a Priority Health Medicare plan, you can see your account online, anytime, at the priorityhealth.com website! All you have to do is register your online username and password.
Your online account gives you 24-hour access to:
- Review your claims and prescriptions (if you have prescription coverage)
- See your plan-year-to-date deductible balances
- Change your primary care doctor, if you have one
- Get a free health risk report when you fill out the WebMD HealthQuotientTM assessment questionnaire
- Learn what health screenings and tests might be due for you
How to register your personal account
You only need to register your account once, then just log in whenever you want to check your prescriptions, claims, and deductible balance.
Note: All the links below will take you away from the prioritymedicare.com website. Once you're a member, you'll use the main Priority Health website.
- First, make sure you have your contract number from your Priority Health Medicare ID card and your Medicare Claim Number from your Medicare card.
- Call Customer Service toll-free at 888 389-6648, or if you are hearing- or speech-impaired, use the TTY/TDD toll-free number: 888 551-6761.
- Tell them you want to register your online account.
- They will ask you for information to verify your identity.
- They will ask you what username you would like to use. Choose one you will remember, such as your e-mail address, since you will need it each time you want to return to your account.
- They will help you set up a temporary password, which you'll need to change the first time you visit your account on priorityhealth.com. Choose a password you can remember, since you'll need it each time you visit your online account.
How to log in if you already have an account online
- Go to the main priorityhealth.com website.
- Enter your username and password in the fields (boxes) on the priorityhealth.com home page.
If you forget your username or password, here's what to do. - Click the login button. Your personal account information will appear.
ALWAYS LOG OUT when you are finished visiting your personal online account to protect your personal health information. How? Simply click Logout in the upper right corner.
