Create your online account

When you're a member of a Priority Health plan, you'll find the information you need about your account and your coverage on the Priority Health website. You'll want to log in there to see your claims and prescription history, change your doctor, order ID cards, and more.

You can download, view and print your documents on priorityhealth.com. Clicking the link below will open the priorityhealth.com website in a new window.
